Description: The Rose Mr Lincoln Standard HT 900 mm is a legendary hybrid tea rose admired for its deep, velvety red blooms and strong fragrance. 🌿 Growth & Appearance

The Rose Mr Lincoln Standard HT 900 mm forms a rounded crown filled with glossy, dark‑green leaves and large, full‑bodied red blooms. The foliage contrasts beautifully with the flowers, enhancing their rich crimson tone. Each stem supports multiple buds, ensuring continuous flowering throughout the season. Moreover, its upright growth habit and symmetrical canopy create a balanced silhouette that complements both classic and modern garden designs. Because it thrives in South African conditions, it remains a reliable performer with strong growth and lasting colour.

🌞 Growing Conditions

Plant the Rose Mr Lincoln Standard in full sun to achieve the best colour and fragrance. It prefers well‑drained, compost‑rich soil and benefits from deep watering once or twice weekly. However, avoid waterlogging to protect the roots. After each flush, light pruning encourages new growth and repeat flowering. Feeding with a balanced rose fertilizer every 6–8 weeks keeps the plant vigorous and blooming abundantly. In addition, mulching around the base helps retain moisture and suppress weeds, ensuring healthy, sustained growth.

🏡 Landscape Use

This rose is perfect for entrances, borders, and container displays. Its tall stem and deep red blooms create instant visual impact. Pair it with white or pink roses for a romantic palette, or use it as a single specimen for timeless elegance. Because of its rich colour and refined shape, it suits both traditional and contemporary landscapes.
