Description
Cupressus Macrocarpa ‘Wilma’ Gold Crest
Is a compact, upright evergreen conifer prized for its bright golden foliage, lemon‑scented leaves, and neat columnar shape. This slow‑growing variety brings year‑round structure, colour, and fragrance to any garden, making it a favourite for both modern and classic landscapes.
Its finely textured, yellow‑green foliage holds its colour beautifully throughout the seasons, while the tree’s naturally narrow form makes it ideal for entrances, pathways, patios, rock gardens, and container displays. ‘Wilma’ is also a popular choice for formal planting, including rows, borders, and topiary‑style shaping.
This hardy conifer thrives in full sun, tolerates coastal conditions, and performs well in a variety of soils as long as drainage is good. Once established, it is low‑maintenance and water‑wise, making it an excellent option for homeowners and landscapers seeking reliable structure without high upkeep.
With its cinnamon‑toned bark, fresh citrus scent, and vibrant golden colour, Cupressus ‘Wilma’ adds instant elegance and visual interest to outdoor spaces year‑round.
