🌳 Fig Petite Negra Tree — Compact, Early Fruiting, and Richly Flavoured

The Fig Petite Negra Tree is a compact, early‑fruiting fig variety admired for its deep colour, sweet flavour, and impressive productivity. Because it stays naturally small, the Fig Petite Negra Tree is perfect for patios, courtyards, balconies, and smaller gardens where space is limited but fruit quality still matters.

🌱 Growth & Appearance of Fig Petite Negra Tree

The Fig Petite Negra Tree grows with a neat, upright habit and develops broad, lobed leaves that contrast beautifully with its dark fruit. Its figs are small to medium in size, slightly rounded, and filled with rich red flesh that glows when cut open. Furthermore, the flavour is sweet, berry‑like, and aromatic, making it ideal for fresh eating, desserts, and preserves.

Additionally, this variety begins fruiting at a young age, often producing its first crop while still compact. Because of its manageable size, it fits perfectly into pots, raised beds, and tight garden spaces without losing productivity. Gardeners appreciate how quickly it settles into new environments and how reliably it produces fruit each season.
